the hotel faces the river, and that view was just great all day. staff were friendly, i think they were cute too. my bedroom was confortables, it has nice big bed.
the mini bar was very empty with only small water bottles.

the hotel location was superb. i was steps from ponte vecchio (a real plus!). breakfast provided a great selection and i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the river view from my room was really good. i found the staff consistently helpful .
the bathroom, though functional, felt a bit small. the space was confined (it could use a bit more room).

The location was indeed quite central. That was acceptable.
The 'classic' room i got was more like a cell, it faced a brick wall. the view was depressing, not quite what you expect. also, the front desk blokes seemed rather put out when i dared to ask for a kettle. Apparently, they only keep a limited supply, who knew?

the hotel boasts an ideal location near major attractions. i liked the proximity to the river and its calming presence. breakfast was a treat each morning. i found the staff helpful when i needed directions.

I paid 37€ daily for parking. The hotel staff parked the car in a nearby garage. I found the location great as it was next to the river. I recommend requesting a room with a river view.
The air conditioning was continuously noisy at night. I also thought they could add more items to the fridge for purchase. I wanted options in the room besides water.

The room had a fridge, telephone, safe, and a television. Everywhere in the hotel was super clean and well kept daily. Staff members across all areas were friendly. They were helpful. The hotel provides valet service using Garage Florence Parking Firenze.
